The first thing we have to say is you need no money down to be on our maintenance schedule, you already know we don't accept payment until your project is completed.
Our most popular plan is the Annual Maintenance Plan
- The year after our initial visit we will come out and power wash your deck to get it ready for a season of enjoyment. We let you know the cost during our initial visit.
- The year after this (2 years after our initial visit) we'll come out and power wash your deck just like the last time and we'll evaluate whether or not you need a maintenance coat of stain, sealer (you should not need one).
- The year after (and going forward) is the same process as #2 above.
Now you are wondering why you should bother with a Maintenance Plan. Well, as a repeat client you will save a lot of money. A simple power wash is not very expensive and doing it regularly helps keep the costs way down when it's time for a maintenance coat of stain, sealer. We won't publish here how low the cost is, but you will be very happy with the savings.
