Our deck maintenance programs are a convenient way to keep your deck looking great!
We realize that your deck is a large investment and that with today's busy lifestyle, you may not realize your deck needs some help until you have a family get together on the schedule.
That's where we come in.
Place your deck on one of our maintenance programs and we will do all the work.
Select Bi-annual (twice per year), Annual, or every 2 years. We will then contact you on the appropriate date and schedule your deck's maintenance.
As an added bonus, there is a significant cost savings!
Some explanation:
Annual Maintenance Program:
Next Spring (suggested), after we have already power washed and stained/sealed your deck, we will come out and power wash your deck to get it ready for a busy Spring and Summer of outdoor enjoyment.
Bi-Annual Maintenance Program:
Much like the Annual Maintenance Program. The only difference is we come out twice to power wash your deck. It is up to you when we do this. You might want it done at the start of the season and then once more before Labor day, for example.
2-Year Plan (2 years after we stained/sealed originally):
We will come out and determine whether or not you need a recoat. If you don't need one we will simply power wash your deck and have it ready for the warm weather.
If your deck needs a recoat we will discount that too since you are a preferred client.
We don't expect you to pay in advance for this service. We just want you to fill out the form on this site or just tell us to put you on the list and we will handle it for you.
*Note: We will get you on the schedule during the week you request, we cannot give an exact date more than a week or so in advance.
